Preparation
- Place the sliced kielbasa in the bottom of the crockpot.
- Add the trimmed green beans, diced potatoes, and sliced onion on top.
- Pour the chicken broth over the ingredients.
- Sprinkle garlic powder, salt, and pepper on top.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours until the potatoes and green beans are tender.
- Stir before serving.
Notes
Use a good-quality crockpot for best results. Adding a sprinkle of cheese on top when serving enhances flavor. Pair with crusty bread for dipping. Leftovers taste even better the next day.
