Pasta and Dressing
  • 1 pound Rotini pasta
  • 1 cup Creamy ranch dressing
Add-Ins
  • 6 slices Bacon Cooked and chopped
  • 1 cup Cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cup Bell peppers, diced
  • 1 cup Green onions, chopped
  • 1 cup Cheddar cheese, shredded
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Pepper

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Cook the rotini pasta according to package instructions. Drain and let cool.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the cooled pasta, creamy ranch dressing, cooked bacon, cherry tomatoes, bell peppers, and green onions.
  3. Stir in the cheddar cheese.
  4. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.

Notes

For extra crunch, consider adding sliced cucumbers or radishes. Letting the salad chill enhances the flavors, and for creaminess, add extra ranch dressing or a dollop of sour cream. Store in an airtight container and consume within 3-5 days for best quality.
