Preparation
- Pour the milk into your blender first.
- Add in the frozen strawberries, banana (or cauliflower), yogurt, protein powder, vanilla, and salt.
- If you prefer it sweeter, add honey or maple syrup.
- Blend until creamy, starting on low and increasing to high for about 30–60 seconds. Adjust consistency with more milk or ice if needed.
- Taste and adjust sweetness or vanilla as desired.
- Pour into a cold glass and garnish with sliced strawberries and chia seeds if desired.
Notes
For extra greens, add a handful of spinach or kale. Ensure bananas are ripe for natural sweetness. Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 24 hours, shake before consuming.
