  • 1 scoop protein powder (vanilla or unflavored)
  • 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup (optional) Skip if you prefer a less sweet smoothie.

Preparation
  1. Gather all ingredients together for ease.
  2. In a blender, combine strawberries, banana, and Greek yogurt.
  3. Add milk until the mixture is just submerged.
  4. Sprinkle in protein powder for added protein.
  5. Optional: Drizzle honey or maple syrup for sweetness.
  6. Blend until smooth, about 30 seconds.
  7. Pour into glasses and enjoy immediately.
  8. If too thick, add a splash more milk and blend again.

Notes

Using a high-speed blender improves texture. Prep ingredients the night before for convenience.
