Cooking Noodles
- Cook the potato noodles according to package instructions. Bring a pot of water to a rapid boil first, then drop in the noodles.
Preparing the Sauce
- While the noodles are cooking, heat up chili oil in a pan until it sizzles.
- Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant without burning it.
- Toss in soy sauce and vinegar, mixing well.
Combining
- Drain the noodles when ready and carefully add them to the garlic-sauce mix, coating them well.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste, and add a dash of sugar if desired.
Garnishing
- Just before serving, garnish with chopped cilantro.
Notes
Use a good nonstick pan to avoid burnt sauces. Add chili flakes or sriracha for extra spice. Serve with crispy veggies for a complete meal.
