Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a large pot, brown the ground meat over medium heat for about 5-6 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  2. Add chopped onion, garlic, and bell pepper to the pot. Sauté for about 3-5 minutes until tender.

Notes

Preheat your oven if making cornbread alongside. Use a heavy-bottomed pot to avoid burning. Avocado slices are a great topping suggestion. A pinch of sugar can reduce acidity if the tomatoes are too tangy.
