Cooking
- Add the dandelion greens to the pan and stir to coat with oil and garlic.
- Season with salt and pepper, adjusting to taste.
- Cook for about 5-7 minutes, or until the greens are wilted and tender but still have a little crunch.
- Squeeze fresh lemon juice over the greens before serving.
Notes
