Seasoning Mix
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted Must be melted for mixing.
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix Recommended brand: Hidden Valley.
  • 1 teaspoon dried dill weed Optional, skip if not a dill fan.
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder Essential for flavor.
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder Essential for flavor.
  • 1/4 teaspoon lemon pepper Adds a zesty twist.
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 250°F (120°C).
  2. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the melted butter, ranch seasoning mix, dried dill weed, garlic powder, onion powder, lemon pepper, and salt until combined.
  4. Add the oyster crackers to the bowl and gently fold them until evenly coated.
  5. Spread the coated crackers on the parchment-lined baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes, stirring halfway through to ensure even baking.
  7. Remove from the oven and let cool completely before storing in an airtight container.

Notes

These crackers make a fantastic party snack. For extra flavor, consider adding paprika or cayenne for a kick. You could also mix them with popcorn for an addictive snack mix.
