Preparation
- In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, crushed pineapple, chopped green onions, garlic powder, salt, black pepper, and paprika. Mix until well combined.
- Shape the mixture into a ball and wrap it in plastic wrap. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours to firm up.
- Once chilled, roll the cheese ball in chopped pecans or walnuts to coat.
Serving
- Serve with crackers or sliced vegetables on a platter.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for about 3–5 days. Can be frozen for longer storage; just wrap tightly and thaw overnight in the fridge before serving.
