- In a blender, combine the ripe banana, peanut butter, milk, and yogurt (if using).
- Blend until smooth.
- Taste and add honey or maple syrup for sweetness if desired.
- Add ice for a thicker texture, then blend again.
- Pour into a glass and enjoy!
Notes
Great served with toast or fruit. Can sprinkle cinnamon on top or add chia seeds for crunch. Store in fridge for about a day; alternatively, freeze in ice cube trays.
