  1. Start by gathering your peaches, sugar, water, and lemon juice. Take a moment to breathe.
Blending
  1. Toss the peaches, sugar, water, and lemon juice into a blender or food processor. Blend until smooth.
Freezing
  1. Pour the peach mixture into a metal loaf pan or any freezer-safe container. Cover with parchment paper or aluminum foil if necessary.
  2. Place the container in the freezer for at least 4 hours.
Serving
  1. After freezing, allow the sorbet to thaw for about 5 minutes before scooping.
  2. Scoop, serve, and enjoy!
