  • 1/4 cup balsamic glaze Use high-quality balsamic for best results.
  • 2 tbsp olive oil Opt for high-quality olive oil.
  • Salt and pepper to taste Don’t skip on the seasoning.

Preparation
  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and let cool.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the cooked pasta, cherry tomatoes, mozzarella, and basil.
  3. Drizzle with balsamic glaze and olive oil.
  4. Toss everything together until well mixed.
  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Serve immediately or refrigerate for later.

Notes

For added zing, consider adding a splash of lemon juice. This salad tastes better after it sits a bit to allow flavors to meld. Rinse pasta under cold water to stop the cooking process.
