Preparation
- Slice the chicken breasts in half lengthwise and pound to about ¼-½ inch thick.
- In a bowl, mix salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika.
Cooking
- Heat 2 tablespoons of butter in a cast-iron skillet over medium heat until sizzling.
- Add the seasoned chicken breasts to the skillet and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- In the last minute of cooking, add the remaining tablespoon of butter and spoon it over the chicken.
- Let the chicken rest for 3-5 minutes before slicing.
