Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 325°F (165°C).
- In a bowl, mix brown sugar, honey, mustard, and cloves to create the glaze.
- Place the ham in a roasting pan and brush the glaze over it.
Cooking
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 15 minutes per pound, basting occasionally with the glaze.
- Remove from the oven once heated through and serve.
Notes
For leftovers, wrap the ham tightly in plastic wrap or foil and store in the fridge for up to a week. For longer storage, slice into portions and freeze.
