Preparation
- Bring the whole milk and broth (or water) to a boil in a large pot.
- Once boiling, toss in your pasta. Reduce the heat to a simmer and let it cook for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Stir in the finely chopped broccoli and cook for another 2-3 minutes until the broccoli is bright green.
- Remove the pot from heat and stir in the cheddar cheese, Greek yogurt, and butter or ghee until melted.
- Serve hot and enjoy your meal!
Notes
Feel free to add a splash more milk or broth if the texture is too thick. Consider adding breadcrumbs on top for extra crunch.
