- In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Add the pasta and milk, bringing the mixture to a boil.
- Reduce heat to medium-low, cover, and cook until pasta is al dente, stirring occasionally.
- Stir in Parmesan cheese and season with salt and pepper.
- Allow to thicken slightly, then serve garnished with fresh parsley.
Notes
Keep an eye on the pasta while it cooks to avoid overcooking. Stir often to prevent sticking. If the sauce gets too thick, add a little more milk to loosen it.
