- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the rice, cream of mushroom soup, cream of chicken soup, and water. Stir until well mixed.
- Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish and pour the rice and soup mixture evenly into the bottom.
- Arrange the chicken breasts on top of the rice mixture and season with salt and pepper.
- Sprinkle the onion soup mix evenly over the chicken.
- Cover the dish tightly with aluminum foil to trap steam.
- Bake for 1 hour and 30 minutes without peeking.
- Once cooked, remove from oven and let rest for a few minutes before serving.
