- Combine oats and chocolate chips in a medium bowl.
- Add peanut butter and honey; stir until well combined.
- Scoop the mixture into 12 balls and roll them between your hands.
- Store in an airtight container at room temperature or chilled.
Notes
Chill in the fridge for about 30 minutes for better texture. A good silicone spatula helps in scraping out the mixture. Feel free to substitute chocolate chips with dried fruit or nuts.
