  • 1/4 cup cream cheese, softened

  • 4 large low-carb tortillas or wraps Ensure they are pliable.

Preparation
  1. Preheat your skillet or grill pan over medium heat and add olive oil.
  2. In a bowl, mix together the shredded chicken, mozzarella cheese, cheddar cheese, cream cheese, minced garlic, parsley, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  3. Divide the chicken and cheese mixture evenly among the low-carb tortillas.
Cooking
  1. Roll each tortilla tightly and place seam side down in the preheated skillet.
  2. Cook each wrap for about 2-3 minutes per side until golden brown and the cheese is melty.
  3. Remove from skillet, slice in half, and serve hot.

Notes

These wraps can also be made with lettuce leaves for a completely low-carb option. Use a good non-stick skillet to avoid cheese sticking. A quick side salad with cucumbers and cherry tomatoes goes well with this dish.
