- Divide the chicken and cheese mixture evenly among the low-carb tortillas.
Cooking
- Roll each tortilla tightly and place seam side down in the preheated skillet.
- Cook each wrap for about 2-3 minutes per side until golden brown and the cheese is melty.
- Remove from skillet, slice in half, and serve hot.
Notes
These wraps can also be made with lettuce leaves for a completely low-carb option. Use a good non-stick skillet to avoid cheese sticking. A quick side salad with cucumbers and cherry tomatoes goes well with this dish.
