  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk Use full-fat for the best texture.
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt Thicker yogurt adds creaminess.
  • 1/2 cup key lime juice Fresh key limes are preferable if available.
  • 1 piece graham cracker crust Pre-made or homemade.
  • as needed pieces lime slices for garnish Optional, adds a pop of color.

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the sweetened condensed milk, Greek yogurt, and key lime juice until well blended and smooth.
  3. Pour the mixture into the graham cracker crust and spread it evenly.
  4. Bake for 10-12 minutes until the filling is set, ensuring it doesn't bubble too much.
  5. Remove from the oven and allow to cool to room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
  6. Garnish with lime slices if desired before serving.

Notes

Store leftovers in plastic wrap in the fridge for 3-4 days or freeze for longer storage. Let thaw in the fridge before serving.
