Baking
- Grease a baking dish or cast-iron skillet with olive oil.
- Spread the mixture evenly into the greased dish.
- Sprinkle additional mozzarella on top.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until the top is golden and bubbly, making sure it doesn’t overflow.

- Cool for a few minutes, garnish with parsley if desired, and serve hot.
