- Combine the Greek yogurt, almond flour, honey (or maple syrup), vanilla extract, and salt in a bowl. Use a whisk for best results.
- Mix until well combined and creamy. If it's too thick, add a little more yogurt.
- Gently fold in the chocolate chips, being careful not to break them.
- Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes before serving. For a faster option, chill in the freezer for 15 minutes, but don’t forget it!
- Enjoy the cookie dough straight from the bowl or as a topping for pancakes or yogurt.
Notes
For best results, use a whisk instead of a fork to avoid clumps. Chilling the dough is important for the right texture. This can also be served on top of vanilla ice cream for a delightful dessert.
