  • 4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 teaspoons instant yeast Ensure it's fresh for proper rising.
  • 1 tablespoon sugar Helps activate the yeast.
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1.5 cups warm water Around 110°F for yeast activation.
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a large bowl, combine flour, yeast, sugar, and salt.
  2. Add warm water and olive oil, mixing until a dough forms.
  3. Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 10 minutes until smooth.
  4. Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover with a cloth, and let rise for 1 hour.
  5. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  6. Divide the dough into 8 equal pieces and shape into rolls.
  7. Place rolls on a baking sheet, cover, and let rise for another 30 minutes.
  8. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden.
  9. Let cool before serving.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days, or freeze for about a month.
