  • 1 whole ripe mango, peeled and diced Make sure the mango is ripe for the sweetest flavor.
  • 1 cup strawberries, hulled
  • 1 whole banana
  • 1 cup spinach (optional) For an extra green boost.
Dairy
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt or a dairy-free yogurt
Milk
  • 1 cup almond milk (or any milk of choice)
Sweeteners
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional) Can be omitted for less sweetness.
Extras
  • as needed Ice cubes (optional) Use if you like a colder smoothie.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a blender, combine the mango, strawberries, banana, spinach, yogurt, and almond milk.
  2. Blend until smooth for a creamy texture.
  3. If desired, add honey or maple syrup for sweetness.
  4. Add ice cubes if you prefer a colder smoothie and blend again.
  5. Pour into a glass and enjoy!

Notes

If the smoothie is too thick, add a splash more milk. Enjoy fresh, or store in the fridge for up to a day.
