  • 1 medium zucchini, cut into half-moons For added texture.
  • 3 tablespoons butter Use high-quality butter for best flavor.
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced Crush them if you prefer.
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil Extra virgin for a fancier touch.
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt Sea salt recommended.
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Preparation
  1. Pat the steak bites dry with paper towels and season with salt and pepper.
Cooking
  1. In a large skillet over medium-high heat, heat the olive oil.
  2. Add the steak bites to the skillet in a single layer, searing for 1-2 minutes per side until browned.
  3. Remove the steak from the skillet and set aside.
  4. Add the butter to the skillet. Once melted, toss in the minced garlic and cook for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  5. Add the zucchini and cook for 3-5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until tender-crisp.
  6. Return the steak bites to the skillet and toss everything together to coat with the garlic butter. Cook for another 1-2 minutes.
  7. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired and serve.
