Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix the cocoa powder, melted chocolate, and sugar until combined.
- Add the eggs and vanilla extract, and mix until smooth.
- Stir in the flour, baking powder, and salt until just combined.
- Fold in the chocolate chips.
Baking
- On a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, drop spoonfuls of the cookie dough and make an indentation in the center.
- Fill the indentation with chocolate ganache.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are set but the center is still gooey.
- Cool on a wire rack and enjoy!
Notes
For a gourmet touch, sprinkle sea salt on top before baking. Best served warm with vanilla ice cream!
