Ingredients
  

For the crust
  • 1 crust pre-made graham cracker crust Store-bought for convenience.
For the filling
  • 2 cups fresh strawberries, pureed Fresh is best, but frozen can be used.
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract Use pure vanilla extract for best flavor.
  • 1 cup whipped topping Canned is acceptable for shortcuts.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a bowl, whip the heavy cream with the powdered sugar and vanilla extract until soft peaks form.
  2. Gently fold in the pureed strawberries and whipped topping until well combined.
  3. Pour the mixture into the graham cracker crust, smoothing the top.
  4. Cover and place in the freezer for several hours or until firm.
  5. Remove from the freezer about 10 minutes before serving to allow it to soften slightly.
  6. Slice and enjoy your frozen strawberry cream pie!

Notes

Can prep a day ahead and keep wrapped in the freezer. Sprinkling fresh strawberries on top before serving adds a nice touch.
