  • 1 cup almond milk (unsweetened) Oat milk or coconut milk can also be used.
  • 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon Enhances flavor.

Preparation
  1. Soak the pitted dates in hot water for 5 minutes to soften them.
  2. Drain the soaked dates.
  3. Add all ingredients—banana, dates, oats, linseeds, almond milk, and cinnamon—to a high-speed blender.
  4. Blend until smooth, approximately 2-3 minutes, starting at a low speed to avoid splattering.
  5. Serve in a clear glass to showcase the beautiful color and enjoy!

Notes

Timing is crucial when soaking dates; do not soak them too long. Use a quality blender for the best texture. Consider adding toppings like extra cinnamon or chopped nuts for a fun twist.
