Preparation
  1. Place the corned beef brisket in the slow cooker.
  2. Add chopped cabbage, carrots, and potatoes on top.
  3. In a bowl, mix beef broth, chopped onion, minced garlic, mustard seeds, and black peppercorns. Pour this mixture over the vegetables and meat.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 8-10 hours or on high for 4-5 hours until the beef is tender.
  5. Once cooked, remove the brisket, let it rest for a few minutes, then slice and serve with the vegetables.
