  • 1 scoop protein powder (optional) Optional for additional protein.
  • 1 cup almond milk or any milk of your choice Adjust for desired consistency.
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional) Adjust based on sweetness preference.
  • Ice cubes (optional) Add for a colder smoothie if desired.

Preparation
  1. In a blender, combine the strawberries, banana, Greek yogurt, and protein powder if using. Blend until starting to mix.
  2. Add the almond milk and honey or maple syrup, then blend until smooth and creamy.
  3. If the smoothie is too thick, add more milk to adjust the consistency.
  4. Serve immediately, adding ice cubes if desired for extra chill.

Notes

Store any leftovers in the fridge for up to 24 hours. Shake or stir before drinking.
