- Stir in paprika, salt, black pepper, and Dijon mustard. Adjust seasoning to taste.
Assembly
- Spread the cottage cheese-avocado mixture generously on toasted bread slices.
- Sprinkle everything-but-the-bagel seasoning and hemp seeds on top.

Notes
