Preparation
  1. In a large saucepan over low heat, melt the butter.
  2. Add the marshmallows and stir until completely melted.
  3. Remove from heat and add in a few drops of green food coloring, stirring until the color is evenly mixed.
  4. Add the Rice Krispies cereal and mix until well combined.
  5. Press the mixture into a greased pan, ensuring it is packed but not overly squished.
  6. Let cool and cut into clover shapes using cookie cutters.

Notes

If the mixture is too sticky, butter your hands when pressing it into the pan. For extra crunch, consider adding mini chocolate chips or nuts.
