  • 2 cloves Garlic Minced.
  • 1/4 cup Olive oil
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese Shaved or grated.
  • 1 cup Croutons Store-bought or homemade.
Dressing Ingredients
  • 2 tbsp Lemon juice Freshly squeezed.
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tbsp Anchovy paste Optional, can be omitted for vegetarian version.
  • 1 tsp Black pepper To taste.
  • 1 tsp Salt To taste.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Wash and chop the Romaine lettuce, ensuring all grit is removed.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, anchovy paste, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper to create the dressing.
  3. Toss the lettuce with the dressing until evenly coated.
  4. Add croutons and shaved Parmesan cheese on top.
  5. Serve immediately for the best experience.

Notes

Toast your own croutons for added crunch. Use freshly grated cheese for better flavor. You can adjust dressing ingredients to suit your taste.
