  1. Slice the bananas thinly, about 1/8 inch thick.
  2. In a small bowl, mix together the cinnamon and sugar thoroughly.
  3. Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
Cooking
  1. Arrange banana slices in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  2. Lightly spray the banana slices with cooking spray and sprinkle with the cinnamon-sugar mixture.
  3. Air fry for 10-15 minutes, flipping halfway through to ensure even cooking.
  4. Watch closely to prevent burning, then cool before enjoying.

Notes

For an extra crispy texture, consider using the 'dehydrate' setting on your air fryer. Use parchment paper for easier cleanup, though effects on crispiness may vary. Dark chocolate makes a great dipping option.
