Cooking Steps
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add your pasta and cook until al dente, about 8-10 minutes.
- In a skillet over medium heat, add the bacon and cook until crispy. Drain on paper towels.
- In the same skillet, add the diced chicken, drizzle with olive oil, and season with poultry seasoning, salt, and pepper. Cook until golden brown and fully cooked, about 5-7 minutes.
- While the chicken is cooking, mix the Caesar and Ranch dressings in a bowl.
- In a large bowl, combine the cooked pasta, chicken, crumbled bacon, romaine lettuce, and Parmesan cheese. Add the croutons and the mixed dressing, then toss.
- Taste the salad and adjust seasoning if needed.
