Ingredients
  

Main Ingredients
  • 4 cups cooked and shredded chicken Can use store-bought rotisserie chicken.
  • 1 cup Ranch dressing Recommended brand: Hidden Valley.
  • 1/2 cup cooked and crumbled bacon Homemade or store-bought is fine.
  • 3 tablespoons Parmesan cheese Grated Parmesan works best.
  • 15 pieces Hawaiian sweet rolls Sliced in half.
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese Feel free to increase for extra cheesiness.
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted Will help achieve a golden finish.
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder Adjust to taste.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x13 baking pan with cooking spray.
  2. Place the bottom half of the Hawaiian rolls into the greased baking pan.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, Ranch dressing, crumbled bacon, and Parmesan cheese. Mix until well combined.
  4. Spread the chicken mixture evenly over the bottom half of the rolls.
  5. Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese over the chicken mixture.
  6. Place the top halves of the Hawaiian rolls over the chicken and cheese mixture.
  7. In a small bowl, mix the melted butter with garlic powder.
  8. Brush the garlic butter mixture generously over the tops of the rolls.
Baking
  1. Cover the pan with aluminum foil and bake for 15 minutes, or until cheese is melted and sliders are heated through.
  2. Remove the foil and serve the sliders warm.

Notes

Pairs well with a crisp salad or fresh fruit for a balanced meal. For a richer flavor, consider adding extra cheese.
