Ingredients
  

Pasta and Proteins
  • 8 oz pasta (penne or rotini)
  • 1 lb chicken breast, diced
  • 6 strips bacon, chopped
Sauce Ingredients
  • 1 cup ranch dressing
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
Seasoning and Garnish
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped green onions for garnish (optional)

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, cook the chopped bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove and drain on paper towels.
  3. In the same skillet, add the diced chicken and cook until golden brown and cooked through.
Cooking
  1. Stir in the ranch dressing and heavy cream, bringing it to a simmer.
  2. Add the cooked pasta to the skillet, tossing to combine.
  3. Stir in the shredded cheese until melted and creamy.
  4. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Serving
  1. Serve hot, garnished with crispy bacon and green onions if desired.

Notes

To store leftovers, let the pasta cool completely. Place it in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days or freeze for up to 3 months. Reheat when ready to enjoy.
