  • 8 ounces penne pasta You can substitute with any pasta shape like ziti or shells.
  • 2 cups homemade Alfredo sauce Store-bought Alfredo sauce can be used if needed.
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese For topping.
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: parsley for garnish Use fresh parsley if desired.

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook the penne pasta according to package instructions until al dente; drain.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, cooked penne, and Alfredo sauce. Mix thoroughly and season with salt and pepper.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread it evenly.
  5. Top with shredded mozzarella cheese.
Baking
  1. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  2. Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly. Garnish with parsley if desired before serving.

Notes

For extra nutrition, add steamed broccoli or spinach before baking. Adjust bake time according to your oven's performance.
