Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Roll out the pizza dough in a pie dish.
- In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned; drain excess fat.
- Add the garlic powder, mustard, salt, and pepper to the beef and mix well.
- Spread the pizza sauce over the dough, then layer with cooked beef.
- Sprinkle mozzarella and cheddar cheese on top.
- Add diced pickles and onions on top of the cheese.
Cooking
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is bubbly.
- Allow to cool slightly, slice, and serve.
Notes
Using a Kitchenaid mixer can help roll out dough. Chill the dough before rolling for easier handling. For extra spice, add crushed red pepper flakes to the beef.
