Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, mozzarella cheese, cream cheese, egg, Italian seasoning, and salt.
- Mix until you have a dough-like consistency. Knead with clean hands.
- Roll out the dough to your desired thickness and cut into bite-sized pieces.
- Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Baking
- Add desired toppings and sprinkle additional mozzarella on top.
- Bake for 10-15 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
- Allow to cool slightly before serving.
Notes
Serve with a side of marinara for dipping, or try low-carb ranch dressing. Consider using thin slices of zucchini as a topping!
