Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine sliced nectarines and lemon juice.
- In another bowl, mix rolled oats, flour, brown sugar, cinnamon, and salt.
- Pour in the melted butter and stir until crumbly.
- Spread nectarines in a baking dish and sprinkle the oat mixture on top.
Baking
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the top is golden brown and the nectarines are bubbly.
- Serve warm, optionally with ice cream.
Notes
You can add walnuts or sliced almonds for crunch. Blueberries can add a nice tartness. Cleanup is easier if you use parchment paper.
