Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the brownie mix, vegetable oil, and eggs. Mix until well blended.
- If using, fold in chocolate chips and nuts.
- Drop tablespoon-sized amounts of the dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, spacing them a few inches apart.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are set and the centers look slightly underbaked.
- Allow to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack.
- If desired, dust with powdered sugar before serving.
