  • 1 ripe banana 1 ripe banana Make sure your banana is ripe for sweetness.
  • 1 cup 1 cup brewed coffee (cooled)
  • 1/2 cup 1/2 cup Greek yogurt Regular yogurt can be used but Greek gives a thicker texture.
  • 1 scoop 1 scoop protein powder (optional) Optional for extra protein.
  • 1 tablespoon 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional) Use for added sweetness.
  • to preference Ice cubes Add to your preference for thickness.

Method
 

Blending
  1. In a blender, combine the banana, brewed coffee, Greek yogurt, and protein powder.
  2. Add honey or maple syrup if desired for sweetness.
  3. Blend until smooth.
  4. Add ice cubes and blend until the desired thickness is achieved.
  5. Pour into a glass and enjoy!

Notes

Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a day. Shake or stir before consuming.
