- In a bowl, mash the bananas until smooth.
- Add the chia seeds, milk, honey, vanilla extract, and salt to the mashed bananas and mix well.
- Let the mixture sit for about 5-10 minutes.
- Pour the mixture into serving cups or bowls.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until set.
- Serve chilled and enjoy, possibly topped with chopped nuts or a sprinkle of cinnamon.
Notes
Use a good mixing bowl to avoid mess. This pudding can also be used as a smoothie base. Consider topping with fresh fruit or granola.
