- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Prepare a large piece of foil and place the salmon fillets in the center.
- Arrange the asparagus around the salmon.
- In a small bowl, melt the butter and mix in the minced garlic.
- Drizzle the garlic butter over the salmon and asparagus.
- Season with salt, pepper, and lay lemon slices on top.
- Fold the foil to create a tightly sealed packet.
- Place the foil packet on a baking sheet and bake for about 15-20 minutes.
- Carefully open the foil packet and serve with fresh herbs.
Notes
Use heavy-duty foil for best results. A garlic press can save time when mincing garlic. If salmon isn't flaking after 20 minutes, add a couple more minutes to the cook time. Pairs well with rice or salad.
