Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
- Pat the chicken breasts dry with paper towels to ensure they get crispy.
- Place the chicken on the prepared baking sheet, leaving space between each piece.
- In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, Italian herbs, salt, black pepper, and onion powder until well combined.
- Brush the seasoning mixture evenly over both sides of each chicken breast.
Cooking
- Bake in the preheated oven for 22-25 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Remove the chicken from the oven and let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
Notes
Use a meat thermometer to check for doneness. Serve with a side, such as a salad or roasted veggies. Don't skip the resting time to keep the juices in!
