  • 1 cup Kimchi Adds tangy crunch; essential for flavor.
  • 1 block Tofu (firm or soft) Adds protein and texture.
  • 2 stalks Green onion For garnish and freshness.
  • 2 tablespoons Gochujang Adds a spicy kick; adjust to taste.
  • 4 cups Water or broth Chicken or vegetable broth works best.
  • 3 cloves Garlic (minced) Adds depth of flavor.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a large pot, bring water or broth to a boil.
  2. Add sliced Spam, sausages, and tofu to the pot.
Cooking
  1. Incorporate kimchi, garlic, and gochujang, stirring well.
  2. Add instant noodles and cook until they are soft.
  3. Top with cheese and sliced green onions before serving hot.

Notes

Get a heavy-bottomed pot for better heat distribution. Substitute ingredients if necessary. This stew tastes even better the next day, and can be served with rice for a fancy touch.
